It starts with a 30 minute call where we'll talk about your goals and I'll try to understand everything I can about you and your life. This is chilled conversation with no pressure to share anything you're not comfortable sharing, but the more I know about you the more I'll be able to help you.
Prior to our Consultation Call you'll take pictures of everything you eat or drink for 2-3 days. There is no judgement here from me! On our call I'll analyse what you've eaten with you and give you 1 thing to work on for the next week.
After our call I'll get started on writing your first week of exercise, which will be delivered to you through an app on your phone. This is based on:

Every week we'll have a call to discuss how the week went in terms of food and exercise. This will be my opportunity to understand how you're getting on and see if what you're doing will be sustainable.
