This is what a 45-minute Consultation Session looks like after our phone call, if I think you're a good fit:

We'll have a more in-depth conversation about your goals, background and current lifestyle. I'm not here to judge, just to listen!

Perform a full body MOT with 15+ movement and mobility tests so that I can understand how your body functions. This enables me to tailor our sessions specifically to your body and any current or past injuries.

Then I'll take you through 10-15 minutes of strength training exercises to demonstrate to you what a typical PT session would look like.

And finally I'll propose to you an action plan of how we can achieve your goals in a sustainable way that works for you and doesn't break the bank.

There is no obligation to do more sessions with me after our consultation session.

If I'm not the right fit for you or my services aren't financially viable for you right now, that's not a problem.

I will simply give you a plan to achieve your goals, you can decide whether that works for you or not.
